ECD Woman Project We are proud to announce the ECD Woman Project, aimed at training 1,500 Early Childhood Development (ECD) Practitioners in line with the South African government’s goals. This project is the first phase of our broader commitment to train and place 10,000 ECD Practitioners in ECD Centres across various provinces over the next five years, ensuring that every child in South Africa has access to quality early learning and development opportunities. South African Government’s ECD Strategy The South African government has set ambitious goals to address the shortage of ECD practitioners and ensure universal access to quality ECD services by 2030.
